Free Edge Beauty Studio Policies
Here at Free Edge Beauty Studio, we value our clients and your time and want to ensure you receive the best experience possible. Part of this experience, is keeping our appointments on time – this is very important to us. If you book an appointment please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.
We understand the hustle & bustle of NYC and issues with transportation, from that sick passenger on the train to parking signs that you have to Google to understand. Therefore we allow a grace period of 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment. After the 5-minute grace period, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and/or accommodate any walk-in client. In the event that we are able to still service you, your services may or may not be altered.
All Make-up Applications are by appointment only. Make-up appointments must be made via phone call. At the time of booking, a credit/debit card is required to secure your slot. The amount of $5 will be charged the day of booking. It is suggested if you need to cancel or reschedule that you do so at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Less than 24hrs you will be charged the full amount of your service. If you cancel within the required time you will not be charged and the $5 will be refunded.
We understand chips happen and clients may experience issues with their service, if your gel polish chips or acrylic nail breaks we will work with you to fix it. In the event of this, a client who received a new gel manicure and full set of acrylic tips from us has up to 10 consecutive days for Gel and 3 consecutive days for tips to return back to the studio for a complimentary fix. Anything after 3 consecutive days is at the discretion of the Manager on duty.
