You cannot bring extra persons including children.
If you are feeling ill you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. See cancellation rules for further info.
There will be added time between clients for thorough cleaning.
Due to clients not being able not stay in the space after completed service. Gel color services are highly suggested. Nail lacquer is at your own risk
Walk-ins are not permitted. You can always call/text ahead to check for availability.
aPPOINTMENTS
All clients are subject to submit a deposit of $25. Services less than $25 require a 50% deposit. ( deposits are non-refundable)
Clients must book exactly what they want. If you are unsure of what to select please feel free to leave a note in appointments. You can also call, text or email for clarity. Same day edits to services may not be accommodated based on availability.
A card is required to hold the appointments.(It will not be charged automatically)
Same day cancellations are subject to a 100% charge of services booked.
Product or services done by a technician outside of Raven should be removed prior to your visit. This will avoid a delay and possibly having your services altered. Ex.Hard Gel

I want to ensure you receive the best experience possible. Part of this experience is keeping the appointments on time.
If you book an appointment please arrive a few minutes prior to. Unexpected occurrences may happen and in the event I am running behind I will do my best to contact you and accommodate you.
As a NYC native I understand the hustle, bustle and frequent issues with commuting. From that sick passenger on the train, to parking signs that you have to Google to understand.
Therefore there is a grace period of 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. After the 5-minute grace period I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and/or edit your appointment. This does not happen often but it does happen. Feel free to text if you’re running behind for possible updates.
Persons running late longer than 5 mins a late fee of $10 will be applied. Anything later than the 10 minute mark will be an added $1 per minute up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you will have to reschedule/cancel and be charged the cancellation fee mentioned previously.
Chips Happen
Chips happen and clients may experience issues with their service.
If your gel polish chips or nail enhancement breaks within 5 days I will fix it at your earliest convenience. Anything after 5 consecutive days is at the discretion of the technician.
